Wendy oversees building permit logistics, warranty requests, and bookkeeping, while also serving as a key point of contact for clients through calls and emails. Kenny manages subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and on-site operations, ensuring each stage of construction progresses efficiently and to the highest standards.
